Why Choose EBA?
Whole Person Support
What makes Everybody's Academics different is our integrated, whole-person approach, built upon experience and expertise across multiple areas of learning and development.
We understand that challenges and growth in one area of life often affect many others. Learning does not happen in isolation. A student's educational experiences may be influenced by emotional well-being, physical and developmental needs, family life, medical care, social experiences, and the environments in which they live and learn.
Rather than separating these influences into disconnected pieces, we strive to understand how they interact. We bring together knowledge from a wide range of specialties and offer interconnected supports because we recognize how deeply these areas are connected.Through individualized services, meaningful collaboration, and trusted partnerships, we strive to support the whole learner by recognizing, strengthening, and connecting these important aspects of life.
Seeing the Whole Picture and Connecting the Dots
Every individual exists within a unique network of people, places, experiences, and supports.
For some families, that network may include schools, healthcare providers, therapists, specialists, and community resources. For others, it may simply include family life, friendships, extracurricular activities, work, and everyday responsibilities. No matter the circumstances, these different parts of life continually influence one another.
When services and supports operate in isolation, important patterns, connections, and unmet needs may be overlooked. Families often find themselves coordinating communication between professionals, navigating overlapping recommendations, managing repeated appointments, and trying to connect the dots themselves. Over time, life can begin to revolve around continually "managing needs" rather than recognizing strengths, enjoying meaningful experiences, and simply living.
At Everybody's Academics, we believe meaningful support begins by seeing both the whole person and the whole picture—not just one challenge, one diagnosis, one subject area, or one piece of the puzzle. While no single provider can—or should—meet every need, thoughtful collaboration and interconnected support can make a meaningful difference.
By recognizing how every aspect of a person's life influences the others, we strive to provide support that is more thoughtful, connected, and responsive to each learner's unique strengths, goals, and circumstances. Through individualized, strengths-based services and collaborative partnerships with families and trusted professionals, our goal is not simply to provide another appointment on a family's calendar. It is to better understand each learner's complete experience, reduce unnecessary fragmentation whenever possible, and help support learning, growth, and well-being across home, school, work, and the community.
Care mapping was developed as a family-driven, person-centered way to show the full network surrounding a child and family. It creates a visual snapshot of the people, services, strengths, needs, and systems involved, helping families and professionals better understand how each part connects to the larger picture.
This care-map illustration demonstrates the extensive network of services, relationships, and life experiences that many individuals and families navigate every day. Every person's map is unique, but the illustration highlights why communication, collaboration, and whole-person support matter.

Our hope is to simplify, streamline, and better connect the supports surrounding each learner, striving to make life feel a little less overwhelming and a little more like truly living. Our work is grounded in the belief that every child deserves to enjoy childhood, and every learner deserves the joy of learning.
Strengths-Based, Interest-Led Support
Sessions are engaging, interactive, and individualized. We incorporate play, interests, strengths, creativity, and meaningful connection to support growth and progress.
Instruction is guided by ongoing assessment and observation, allowing services to remain responsive and aligned with each learner’s changing needs over time. Neurodiversity-affirming approaches help us support and celebrate both neurotypical and neurodivergent learners.
Students are more than a diagnosis, area of difficulty, test score, or list of goals. We seek to understand who each learner is, what brings them joy, what motivates them, where they feel most confident, and what helps them feel safe enough to learn.
Learning Should be Fun
Learning—and childhood itself—should not feel stressful all the time. Learning at any age should create curiosity, connection, and fun.
Instead of prioritizing skill development at the expense of mental health and well-being, we seek to provide services that recognize the importance of balance and quality of life.
At the heart of EBA is the belief that joy, play, and meaningful relationships can coexist with proven educational practices, explicit instruction, careful assessment, and informed intervention.
We do not have to choose between effective support and an enjoyable learning experience. Students deserve both.
Support Across Every Stage of a Learner's Journey
From early childhood through adulthood, EBA provides thoughtful, individualized support across every stage of development and learning.
More than 80% of our families have remained with us for three years or longer. Our services are designed to grow and evolve alongside each learner, adjusting as their strengths, goals, environments, and needs change.
The type of support a student needs may look different over time, but the relationship, understanding, and continuity built along the way remain invaluable.
Growing Through Collaboration
EBA is expanding to better support our current families, welcome learners from our waitlist, and build a stronger network of collaborative services.
As part of this growth, we are interested in connecting with additional contract providers and community professionals who are passionate about supporting children, learners, and families through a collaborative, whole-person approach.
